Customer service is everything when you have a call center type business and it is very important if you don’t. Not only do you need the CS section to be very focused and knowledgeable about the product but you also need them to do the utmost to save each customer and for them to know where that threshold is. Without this key point your business will not flourish as much as it should and could in fact decline. No body wants that right?
